A: we supply super A quality (5A) and 1:1 quality (9A) Mirror Image Designer Goods of real Leather with dust cover / tags and accessory / serial number. all items are Imitation, exactly like Original ones. Both quality are real leather, but 1:1 quality is better leather and technology.

Q: Can I get order confirmation or tracking number if I order something online?

A: order confirmation will be send out via email and SMS within 10 minutes after we got your payment, and then we will process your order and ship it out within 3 days, an email or SMS with tracking number will be sent to you.

Q: What should I do if my items are different from what I expected?
